What they do
Right-click your pet and it's all in one menu.
Tricks on command.
Backflip, moonwalk, karate, robot, parkour, yoga, panic, scream, jumpscare and a lot more. Pick one from the menu, or let it surprise you. Each pet has its own favorite. The full list is further down.
Play music and they dance.
Turn on any song and every pet on your screen dances in step.
Dress it up.
Crowns, hoodies, sunglasses, headphones, angel wings, a jetpack. The closet shows your pet wearing it before you pick. Or make your own hat in the hat maker and send a friend the code.
Build its house.
A little house sits on your taskbar with four rooms to decorate, in two styles. Tell it to nap and it sleeps in the bedroom till you wake it. It eats in the kitchen and takes its bathroom breaks on its own.
Pick its attitude.
Sweet, Cheeky or Menace. Cheeky leaves muddy footprints and sticky notes. Menace steals your cursor, spins out and lies down on your work.
Hide it as a folder.
Pick Hide and it turns into a plain folder. Eyes peek out now and then. Pick Come out and it hops back.
Tell it things.
Tell it your cat's name, or that you've got a test Friday. It remembers and brings it up later. Get two pets and they sit down and gossip about you.
Get two and they play.
They chase each other, race, wrestle, swap hats and parade across your screen.
Hatch eggs.
Play with your pet on seven different days and it finds an egg. A day later a mini hatches in one of nine colors and stays tiny for good. Its menu says whether it came out common, uncommon, rare or legendary. Golden is the one in a hundred.
Study, work or game with you.
Pick one and your pet pulls out a laptop, headphones or a snack and settles in next to you until you click it.
It notices you.
Type fast and it cheers you on. Hit undo three times in a row and it says Oops. Lock your computer and it sits by the door till you're back.
It learns your day.
After a few days it knows when you usually sit down and says hi on time. Leave it alone for an hour and it sulks till you tickle it. Tell it your birthday and you get confetti on the day.
Every trick it can learn
You pick five of these for free when your pet arrives, and it starts with its own signature move on. The rest are $0.99 each in the shop. Buy one once and every pet on your computer can do it. Right-click your pet, pick Tricks, and it does one right now. Leave it alone and it works through the ones you switched on, one at a time.

Its legs kick. Hold it up for a second and it pulls out a parachute. Let go and it floats down.

Two or three fast turns and it gets dizzy. Spiral eyes, stars, a stagger, a flop.
Drop it on the house
It walks in. Drag it out of an open room and it comes out where you let go.
Four moods: happy, surprised, sleepy, sulky. You will see all of them.

Hat maker
Pick a shape, the colors and a sticker. Your hat gets a code so a friend's pet can wear it too.
Rare colors
Natural, Lilac, Mint, Peach, Sky, Midnight, Sunset, Snow and Golden. Every egg rolls one.
Parties
Confetti and a party hat on your birthday and on your pet's adoption day. Every pet joins in.
Reminders
Ask it to remind you about something and it hops up and tells you when it's time.
Signs
Give it a few words and it holds them up on a sign.
Photos
Snap a framed photo of your pet with stickers and share it.
Clips
One click records eight seconds of your pet as a GIF you can post anywhere.
Streamer stage
A green-screen window with every pet on it, and buttons to make them wave, dance or party on camera. Quiet time sends everyone into the house and turns the house into a folder until you let them out. They come back with opinions.
Effects
Sparkles come with it. Hearts, a rainbow trail, fire, snow, bubbles, music notes and stars are in the shop.
Three sizes
Small, medium or large. Minis that hatch from eggs stay small.
Naps and breaks
Pick Nap and it sleeps, in the bedroom or right there, until you pick Wake up. It takes bathroom breaks on its own, behind a curtain when there's no house out.

Turn on With Windows and your pet is on the taskbar when you log in.

Questions
Do I have to keep something open?
No. The pet is the app. Right-click it and pick Quit when you want a break, and uninstall it like any other app.
Windows warned me about the file.
Windows does that with new apps it hasn't seen much yet. Click More info, then Run anyway.
Will it get in my way?
It sticks to the taskbar and stays out of your windows. If you want it gone for a bit, Hide turns it into a folder, and Sweet keeps it off your cursor.
What does it know about me?
Only what you type into its notebook and when you usually show up, and that stays on your computer. It counts how fast you type, not what, and hears how loud your speakers are, not the song.
I have two screens.
Drag it onto either one. It remembers where it lives.
